Shipping policy

Pre-orders
Storymaker is currently available for pre-order. We expect pre-orders to ship by the end of October 2026, though your order may ship in November depending on when it was placed. Your payment method is charged at the time of order. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

If we expect a delay beyond the estimated ship date, we'll email you with an updated date. You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Processing and delivery times
In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment via USPS.

Holiday delivery
To receive your order before December 25, place your orders before these dates:

• Dec 14: Last day for Standard Shipping orders
• Dec 16: Last day for Express Shipping orders
  

Orders placed after December 16th will be fulfilled after Jan 4th.

Changes and cancellations
Need to update your address or cancel? Contact us at web@playgeni.com before your order ships.

Lost packages
If tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date for next steps.
